Terms of service

You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account. Players under 13 do not create accounts — a coach adds them to a roster and a parent or guardian manages their participation through a linked account.

• Keep your login details private — you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

Coaches, club admins, and league organizers who add roster, contact, or schedule information confirm they have permission from the players' parents or guardians to do so. You agree to use that information only to run your team and to follow the rules of your league or organization.

Don't use HoopLab to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse anyone, including in team chat.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or unsafe for a youth sports setting.
• Share another person's private information without permission.
• Attempt to access accounts, teams, or data that aren't yours, or probe, scan, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape, resell, or repackage the service or its data.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and we may remove content that violates them.

You keep ownership of the content you put into HoopLab — messages, rosters, schedules, stats, and media. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the app for you and your team.

Our merch store and links to services such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook are operated under separate terms. Purchases, shipping, and returns for merch are governed by the store's own policies, not these terms.

We're actively building HoopLab, so features may change, improve, or be retired. We aim for reliable uptime but can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

HoopLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost data, missed games, or scheduling issues arising from use of the app. HoopLab is a team management tool — it does not supervise players or replace the judgment of coaches, parents, and league officials.

You can stop using HoopLab and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify users of material changes in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
